General Rules

• All the students enrolled in the school are subject to rules and regulations of school. Students must assume full responsibility for compliance.
• Fee along with transport fee, if applicable, must be paid for the whole academic session I.e. of 12 months along with other charges as prescribed by school.
• Fees once paid is not refundable or transferable /adjustable under any circumstance. Student with outstanding balance will be immediately placed on hold by the school and debarred from attending classes until payment will be made in full.
• Also the fee of the month must be paid before the 15th of every month otherwise an extra fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged as late fine. If the student failed to clear his/her dues, the name of the students will be struck off from the attendance register.
• Damaging school property may lead to penalty of up to Rs. 500/- or more.
• The school reserves the right to suspend, expel, or prevent student from attending the class without any advance notice if their fees are in arrears or due to non compliance of terms and conditions of school.
• Ragging, bullying and harassing other students are considered as heinous offence and may lead to severe punishment or expulsion of child from the school.
• Parents are expected to pay separately to the school for outstation tours, entry fees for various competition and fees for public/competitive /Board examinations applicable from time to time.
• Private tuition are not encouraged, If however child does require extra classes they must get admitted in day hostel. Stern action will be taken against students found taking private tuition without prior permission from the Principal.
• Progression at the end of any course or program is dependent on successfully passing all courses, test, term exams etc with the minimum pass percentage prescribed for the course.
• It is compulsory for Parents to attend all the the Parent – Teacher meetings.
• Minimum of 80 % attendance is mandatory for pupil.
• The school management is not responsible for students who are on continuous leave/ absent without any prior notice and the admission of the students will be considered as cancelled.
• Only those students who have completed their attendance requirements, do not have any pending fees/dues, are not debarred from examinations and classes by the school management due to disciplinary action or other misdemeanours and have no discrepancies in their academic records are allowed to continue with classes.
• The school management reserves the right to change, add or amend any or all of the rules and regulations without any prior notice.
